REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY At DigiMonk Agency, we provide digital products, online courses, training programs, and SaaS services. As these are intangible goods and/or service-based offerings, all sales made on our platform are final. 

No Refunds

• Once a purchase is completed, we do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges under any circumstances.
• By making a purchase with us, you acknowledge and agree that you are purchasing digital services or non-returnable items, which are delivered instantly or within a defined service period.

Exceptions Refunds will only be considered in the following limited cases:

1. Duplicate payment due to technical error.
2. Payment deducted but order not received / service not activated.
3. Any other case explicitly approved by DigiMonk Agency management.

In such cases, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after verification. 

Cancellations

• Since our services are digital and subscription-based, we do not accept cancellations once an order or enrollment has been confirmed.
• For SaaS subscriptions, you may choose not to renew at the end of the billing cycle.
